            We believe that we have the best club around, meaning the most attentive and knowledgeable staff, a variety of the most current workout equipment, and a clean and comfortable physical plant.  We also believe that we offer many things that none of the other fitness businesses in the area offer, such as our lifestyle enhancement and weight management programs for improving the activities you may participate in as part of your life.

We also know that talk is cheap, though, and every owner will tell you that they are proud of their gym and that they feel they offer the best programs and facilities.

What truly sets us apart from the rest is that we are the only fitness facility in the area that will let you try absolutely free before you make a commitment.  Not just for a single workout, or for even a week, but for a full 30 days.  We feel we are the best, but the only way you will know for sure is by trying us absolutely free for 30 days.  Meet our staff, try our equipment and see what kind of service we offer.  If we’re not up to your standards, then don’t become a member.  It’s that simple.
